APG Global Courier Integration with Helm
Set up APG Global as a courier in Helm WMS to unlock cross-border shipping, label automation, and simplified collection scheduling for international fulfilment

With seamless integration into Helm, APG Global enables your warehouse to automate export labels, dispatch flows, and global delivery tracking from one central hub

Step 1: Gather Your APG Global Credentials
Before getting started in Helm, ensure you have the following API credentials from APG Global:
Username
Password
Sender Code
🔎 You can retrieve these credentials from your APG Global account portal or by contacting their onboarding team at apgglobal.com

Step 2: Install APG Global in Helm
Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:
In Helm, open the Settings menu (bottom-left)
Search for and select Couriers
Click Install Courier (bottom-right corner)

Step 3: Configure APG Global Courier Settings
In the list, search for and select APG Global
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the required configuration details:
Field | Description |
Courier Identifier | Internal label for this account (e.g. “APG – International”) |
Account Type | Select Live for real shipments or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Schedule daily pickup times for the week |
Username | Provided by APG Global |
Password | Provided by APG Global |
Sender Code | Provided by APG Global |
💡 Use the Notes field (if visible) to leave any internal comments for your team
Click Save to complete the integration

You're Good to Go!
APG Global is now connected to your Helm WMS. You can begin processing global orders, printing shipping labels, and scheduling international collections all from one place
