Integrate your Mirakl marketplace account with Helm to streamline order processing, synchronise inventory, and simplify multi-channel fulfilment

Mirakl is a leading enterprise marketplace platform used by major retailers and brands to host third-party sellers on their eCommerce sites

Connecting Mirakl to Helm allows you to automate order imports, maintain stock accuracy, and centralise fulfilment operations across multiple Mirakl-powered marketplaces

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Mirakl from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Provide a name for the store, e.g. Mirakl - Decathlon UK

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the marketplace logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Enter the full API endpoint URL provided by the marketplace

API Key

Paste the API key issued in your Mirakl seller account

  1. Click Continue

  2. Fine-tune how Helm interacts with your Mirakl store

Sync Inventory

Automatically download new products from the channel

Sync Stock Levels

Keep stock synchronised between Helm and the marketplace

Use Channel Names

Show product names from Mirakl on orders for easier tracking

Max Stock Levels

Set a maximum stock level to display on Mirakl (e.g. cap at 50 units)

Stock Buffer

Reserve stock to avoid overselling (e.g. a buffer of 2 leaves 2 units unsold)

Auto Merge Orders

Automatically merge multiple orders from the same store

Order Importing Type

Set the point in time from which orders should start importing

  1. Click Save when configuration is complete

  2. Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Once connected, you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues

ISSUE

SOLUTION

Invalid API URL

Ensure the full URL (including protocol and version path) is correctly entered

Invalid API Key

Double-check that the key matches what was generated in your Mirakl dashboard

Orders Not Importing

Verify that the channel is active and the correct order statuses are selected

Stock Not Syncing

Ensure stock sync settings are enabled and mapped correctly in Helm
