MH Integration with Helm

Who Are MH?

MH is a UK-based courier offering comprehensive parcel delivery and freight services tailored for eCommerce and retail businesses

Known for reliable service and competitive pricing, MH supports a range of shipping options including express and standard delivery

Step 1: Get Your MH Credentials

Before installing MH in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Account Id

  • Customer Id

  • User Id

🔎 These credentials are provided by MH during your account setup
If you require assistance, contact your MH account manager or support team

Step 2: Install MH in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure MH

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select MH from the list

  3. Click Continue to start configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “MH Standard” or “MH Express”)

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with MH

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

MH is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
