Pallet Track Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your Pallet Track Credentials

Before installing Pallet Track in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

  • API KEY

Step 2: Install Pallet Track in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Pallet Track

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Pallet Track from the list

  3. Click Continue to start configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Pallet Track Standard” or “Pallet Track”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Pallet Track

API KEY

Provided by Pallet Track

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

Pallet Track is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching pallet shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
