Pallet Track Integration with Helm

Who Are Pallet Track?
Pallet Track is a UK-based palletised freight network providing reliable, cost-effective distribution solutions for businesses of all sizes
They specialise in pallet deliveries with extensive UK coverage and excellent service standards

Step 1: Get Your Pallet Track Credentials
Before installing Pallet Track in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
API KEY

If you need help, contact your Pallet Track account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Pallet Track in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Pallet Track
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Pallet Track from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Pallet Track Standard” or “Pallet Track”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Pallet Track |
API KEY | Provided by Pallet Track |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Pallet Track is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching pallet shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
