ExFreight Integration with Helm

Easily connect ExFreight to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are ExFreight?

ExFreight is a global freight forwarder offering multimodal shipping services including air, sea, and road freight

With a focus on real-time tracking, customs clearance, and data integration, ExFreight is ideal for businesses shipping bulk or high-value goods internationally

Step 1: Get Your ExFreight Credentials

Before installing ExFreight in Helm, ensure you have your account credentials ready

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Token

🔎 These are provided by ExFreight during onboarding

Contact their support team if you need assistance retrieving your credentials

Step 2: Install ExFreight in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the list

Step 3: Select and Configure ExFreight

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select ExFreight from the list

  3. Click Continue to proceed to the configuration form

  4. Complete the following fields:

Internal name (e.g. “ExFreight International” or “ExFreight Air & Sea”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production use or Test for sandbox setup

Collection Time

Specify your scheduled pickup time as arranged with ExFreight

Username

Provided by ExFreight

Password

Provided by ExFreight

Token

Provided by ExFreight

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

ExFreight is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, generating international freight labels, and managing collections directly within Helm
