Evri Integration with Helm
Easily connect Evri to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are Evri?
Evri (formerly Hermes UK) is one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the UK, offering reliable, cost-effective solutions for home and out-of-home delivery
With nationwide coverage, weekend collections, and flexible drop-off services, Evri is a strong choice for high-volume eCommerce businesses

Step 1: Get Your Evri Credentials
Before installing Evri in Helm, ensure you have your courier credentials ready
You will need:
Token
🔎 These are provided by Evri during account onboarding
Contact your account manager or Evri support if you need help accessing your credentials

Step 2: Install Evri in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Evri
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Evri from the courier list
Click Continue to begin the configuration
Fill in the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Evri UK” or “Evri 24hr Tracked”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production use or Test for staging |
Collection Time | Set your regular pickup time as agreed with Evri |
Token | Provided by Evri |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Evri is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can start dispatching shipments, generating courier labels, and managing collections directly in Helm
