Whistl Courier Integration with Helm
Set up Whistl in your Helm WMS to manage your parcel and mail deliveries with seamless label printing, dispatch, and collection scheduling

Who Are Whistl?
Whistl is a UK-based delivery and logistics company specialising in parcel, mail, and fulfilment services for businesses of all sizes
They offer flexible delivery options, including next-day and economy services, with a strong UK network

Step 1: Get Your Whistl Credentials
Before installing Whistl in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account
Username
Password
🔎 These are provided by Whistl during account setup
If you do not have them, please contact your Whistl account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Whistl in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Whistl
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Whistl from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Whistl Standard” or “Whistl Economy”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed collection schedule with Whistl |
Account | Provided by Whistl |
Username | Provided by Whistl |
Password | Provided by Whistl |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Whistl is now fully integrated with your Helm WMS
Start dispatching orders, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
