Caribou Courier Integration with Helm

Integrate Caribou into your Helm WMS to automate parcel labelling, streamline dispatch processes, and manage tracked collections efficiently from within your warehouse environment

Who Are Caribou?

With a strong network and reliable tracking, Caribou supports eCommerce businesses of all sizes with flexible, tech-friendly fulfilment options

By connecting Caribou to Helm, you can simplify your outbound operations and improve customer delivery experiences

Step 1: Gather Your Caribou Credentials

Before you begin the setup process in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials ready:

  • Token

🔎 These details are provided by Caribou during account creation or onboarding

If you don’t have access to them, reach out to your Caribou account manager or contact their support team

Step 2: Install Caribou in Helm

To install Caribou in your system:

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

  4. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Caribou Courier Settings

Once installation is underway:

  1. Search for and select Caribou from the courier list

  2. Click Continue to begin the configuration

  3. Complete the required fields:

Courier Identifier

Internal name for reference (e.g. “Caribou UK” or “Caribou Tracked”)

Account Type

Select Live for production use or Test for staging

Collection Time

Input your agreed daily or weekly pickup schedule

Token

Provided by Caribou

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Caribou is now fully integrated with Helm WMS

You can start dispatching parcels, generating labels, and scheduling courier collections directly within Helm
