Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Interspire to Helm
Generate API Credentials
Log in to your Interspire Admin Panel
Navigate to Settings → API and create or retrieve your API key and endpoint URLLog in to Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Interspire from the listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Name | e.g. Interspire Store UK |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload your Interspire logo or brand icon |
API URL | Paste your full Interspire API endpoint URL |
API Key | Enter the API key generated in your Interspire dashboard |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Configure how Helm communicates with Interspire

Sync Stock Levels | Keep stock quantities updated between Helm and Interspire |
Use Channel Names | Show Interspire product names on order records in Helm |
Max Stock Levels | Limit maximum stock levels sent to Interspire |
Stock Buffer | Reserve stock quantity to prevent overselling |
Auto Merge Orders | Merge multiple orders from the same customer or address |
Order Importing Type | Set the start date/time for importing orders into Helm |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Interspire integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Invalid API URL | Confirm the API URL includes https and is publicly accessible |
Invalid API Key | Verify the API key matches what was generated in Interspire |
Orders Not Importing | Ensure the channel is active and order statuses are set correctly |
Stock Not Syncing | Check SKU matching and that stock sync is enabled |
