Urb-it – FinMile Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Urb-it (FinMile) in your Helm WMS to enable sustainable, last-mile deliveries with fully integrated label generation, tracking and collections

Who Are Urb-it (FinMile)?

Urb-it (FinMile) is a courier and green logistics provider offering same-day and next-day delivery services in major UK and European cities

They specialise in low-emission urban delivery using cargo bikes and electric vehicles, making them an ideal partner for eco-conscious retailers and brands

Step 1: Get Your Urb-it – FinMile Credentials

Before installing Urb-it (FinMile) in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • API Key

  • Auth Token

🔎 These details are provided by Urb-it (FinMile) during onboarding

If you do not have them, reach out to your account manager or Urb-it support

Step 2: Install Urb-it (FinMile) in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Urb-it (FinMile)

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Urb-it (FinMile) from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Urb-it Bike Delivery” or “FinMile Eco Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial configuration

Collection Time

Specify your agreed collection slot with Urb-it – FinMile

API Key

Provided by Urb-it (FinMile)

Auth Token

Provided by Urb-it (FinMile)

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Urb-it (FinMile) is now integrated with your Helm WMS

You can start dispatching parcels, printing labels and managing your urban collections right from Helm
