Who Are Barcode Logistics?

Barcode Logistics is a trusted UK-based courier and logistics provider, offering flexible and efficient delivery solutions tailored for eCommerce and warehousing environments. With a focus on timely collection and reliable fulfilment, Barcode Logistics integrates directly with Helm to help streamline your warehouse operations

Step 1: Gather Your Barcode Logistics Credentials

Before you begin setup in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials ready from Barcode Logistics:

  • Account Number

  • Account Name

  • Token

🔎 These credentials are typically issued upon account creation

If you’re unsure or need help retrieving them, contact Barcode Logistics directly via their support team

Step 2: Install Barcode Logistics in Helm

To begin the setup process:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Click the Couriers tab from the search results

  4. Select Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Barcode Logistics Courier Settings

Once the installation begins:

  1. From the list of available couriers, search for and select Barcode Logistics

  2. Click Continue to proceed with the configuration

  3. Fill in the required fields as follows:

Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox setup

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Your Barcode Logistics integration is now active within Helm WMS. You can begin dispatching orders, generating labels, and managing courier collections directly from your dashboard
