Step-by-Step Setup

To connect Temu to Helm:

  1. Register as a Seller
    Join the Temu Seller Programme and wait for your account approval

  2. Get API Access
    Once approved, access your seller dashboard to obtain the following credentials:

    • API URL

    • API Key (or Access Token depending on region)

  3. Log in to Helm
    Navigate to Settings → My Store

  4. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select Temu from the integration list

  5. Enter Required Details

Final Steps

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
