Exelot Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your Exelot Credentials
Before installing Exelot in Helm, ensure you have the necessary credentials
You will need:
Email
Password
Partner ID
🔎 These credentials are issued by Exelot during account setup
If you do not have them, contact your Exelot representative or support team

Step 2: Install Exelot in Helm
To start:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the list

Step 3: Select and Configure Exelot
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Exelot from the courier list
Click Continue to proceed with configuration
Fill in the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Exelot Global” or “Exelot Cross-Border”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed collection schedule with Exelot |
Provided by Exelot | |
Password | Provided by Exelot |
Partner ID | Provided by Exelot |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Exelot is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching orders, printing labels, and managing international collections directly in the platform
