Expect Distribution Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your Expect Distribution Credentials

Before installing Expect Distribution in Helm, gather your courier credentials

You will need:

  • Key

  • Account Code

  • Customer

🔎 These are issued by Expect Distribution during account setup

Contact your account manager or their support team if you need help retrieving them

Step 2: Install Expect Distribution in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Expect Distribution

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Expect Distribution from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Fill in the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “Expect Freight” or “Expect Pallet Network”)

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter the time and days agreed with Expect Distribution for collections
