Pallex Integration with Helm
Easily connect Pallex to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are Pallex?
Pallex is a UK-based pallet delivery network specialising in part and full pallet freight services. They provide reliable, flexible distribution solutions tailored for a variety of industries across the UK and Europe

Step 1: Get Your Pallex Credentials
Before installing Pallex in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Username
Password
🔎 These details are provided by Pallex during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your Pallex account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Pallex in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Pallex
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Pallex from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Pallex Standard” or “Pallex Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Pallex |
Username | Provided by Pallex |
Password | Provided by Pallex |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Pallex is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching pallet shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
