Who Are AJP Couriers?

Step 1: Get Your Courier Credentials
Before installing AJP Couriers in Helm, you’ll need to collect your unique login and API details directly from AJP
You will need:
Username
Password
Token
🔎 You can retrieve these from your account dashboard at ajpcouriers.co.uk or by contacting their support team

Step 2: Install AJP Couriers in Helm
Let’s get the courier added to your Helm system:
Navigate to the Courier Installation Page
In Helm, go to the Settings menu (bottom-left)
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Click on Couriers from the list

Step 3: Select and Configure AJP Couriers
Hit the Install Courier button in the bottom right corner
Search for and select AJP Couriers from the courier list
Click Continue to proceed
Fill in the Required Details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Any label for internal use (e.g. “AJP Leeds”) |
Account Type | Choose Live (real shipments) or Test (testing mode) |
Collection Time | Set your collection times for each day of the week |
Account Number | Provided by AJP Couriers |
Account Name | Your AJP Couriers account name |
Token | Your secure API token from AJP |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
You’ve now successfully installed and configured AJP Couriers within Helm. Your warehouse team can now start shipping with AJP directly from Helm
