W Logistics Courier Integration with Helm

Who Are W Logistics?

They offer cost-effective parcel and freight solutions with a focus on flexibility and customer support

Step 1: Get Your W Logistics Credentials

Before installing W Logistics in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Access Token

🔎 These details are supplied by W Logistics during your account setup

If you don’t have them, reach out to your W Logistics account manager or their support team

Step 2: Install W Logistics in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure W Logistics

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select W Logistics from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “W Logistics Standard” or “W Logistics Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your scheduled pickup time with W Logistics

Access Token

Provided by W Logistics

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

W Logistics is now connected to Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching orders, printing shipping labels, and booking collections directly within your Helm account
