UPS Courier Integration with Helm
Install UPS in your Helm WMS to streamline international and domestic deliveries, print shipping labels, and schedule collections seamlessly

Who Are UPS?
UPS (United Parcel Service) is one of the world’s largest and most trusted delivery companies, offering comprehensive courier and logistics services across more than 220 countries and territories
UPS specialises in time-definite, day-definite, and economy shipping solutions, making them ideal for both B2B and B2C fulfilment

Step 1: Get Your UPS Credentials
Before installing UPS in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
UPS Username
UPS Password
UPS Access Key
UPS Shipper Number
🔎 These credentials are provided during the onboarding process via your UPS account or support team
For help retrieving these details, contact your UPS account manager

Step 2: Install UPS in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure UPS
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select UPS from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “UPS Standard” or “UPS Express Saver”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup window with UPS |
User ID | Provided by UPS |
Password | Provided by UPS |
Access Key | Provided by UPS |
Account Number | Provided by UPS |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
UPS is now connected to your Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, generating UPS labels and managing collections directly from Helm
