Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Satair from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Satair Global or Satair Aerospace Parts

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Satair logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Enter the full API endpoint provided by Satair

API Key

Paste the API key issued by Satair during integration onboarding

  1. Click Continue

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

Invalid API URL

Verify that the API URL includes HTTPS and the correct endpoint/version

Invalid API Key

Confirm the key is active and assigned to your Satair vendor account

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is active and order sync filters are correctly set

Stock Not Syncing

Ensure stock sync settings are enabled and SKU mappings are accurate
