Step 1: Get Your Express Logistics Credentials
Before installing Express Logistics in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These are provided during account setup or can be obtained by contacting Express Logistics support

Step 2: Install Express Logistics in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure Express Logistics
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Express Logistics from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Complete the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Express Logistics Same Day” or “Express Logistics UK”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production use or Test for sandbox environment |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled pickup time as agreed with Express Logistics |
Account Number | Provided by Express Logistics |
Account Name | Provided by Express Logistics |
Token | Provided by Express Logistics |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

You’ve now successfully installed and configured Express Logistics within Helm
