DHL Express Integration with Helm

With a presence in over 220 countries and territories, DHL Express is ideal for businesses needing fast, tracked, and reliable global deliveries from the UK and beyond

Step 1: Get Your DHL Express Credentials

Before installing DHL Express in Helm, ensure you have the required credentials

You will need:

  • Client Key

  • Client Secret

  • Pickup Location

  • Account Number

🔎 These details are provided during your DHL Express onboarding

You can also request them from your account manager or via the DHL Express support team

Step 2: Install DHL Express in Helm

To begin the installation:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Click on the Couriers tab in the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DHL Express

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select DHL Express from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin the configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “DHL Express UK” or “DHL Worldwide Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production use or Test for trial environment

Collection Time

Add your scheduled collection time as agreed with DHL Express

Client Key

Provided by DHL Express

Account Number

Provided by DHL Express
