Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select BILD from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the BILD logo or your own brand image

API URL

Enter the full API URL provided by BILD (e.g. https://api.bild-marktplatz.de)

API Key

Paste the API Key from your BILD Marketplace Seller Portal

  1. Click Continue

Common Issues

ISSUE

Invalid API URL

Confirm the full endpoint includes HTTPS and version path

Invalid API Key

Ensure the key was issued correctly and pasted without extra spaces

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is active and filters for order statuses are configured

Stock Not Syncing

Verify that sync settings are enabled and SKU mappings are valid
