What is Joules Marketplace
Joules Marketplace allows approved sellers to list their products on the Joules website, offering customers a curated and trusted retail experience
Connecting your Joules account to Helm enables you to manage orders, track inventory, and coordinate fulfilment efficiently alongside your other sales channels

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select Joules from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Sales Channel Name | Enter a name such as Joules Marketplace UK |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Joules logo or your own branded icon |
API URL | Use the full API endpoint provided by Joules |
API Key | Paste the API key issued by Joules via your seller portal |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Configure how Helm interacts with your Joules Marketplace account:

Sync Stock Levels | Keep inventory synchronised between Helm and Joules |
Use Channel Names | Show Joules product names on each order for improved visibility |
Max Stock Levels | Set a maximum stock quantity to limit what is published to Joules |
Stock Buffer | Reserve a portion of inventory to avoid overselling |
Auto Merge Orders | Automatically combine orders from the same customer/store |
Order Importing Type | Choose the date and time from which to begin importing new orders |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Joules integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Invalid API URL | Ensure the full URL includes HTTPS and follows the exact format provided |
Invalid API Key | Verify the key is correctly copied from the Joules seller portal |
Orders Not Importing | Check that the channel is active and order import settings are correct |
Stock Not Syncing | Confirm that Sync Stock Levels and related interaction settings are enabled |
