What is ShipHero
ShipHero is a cloud-based warehouse management and fulfilment solution designed for eCommerce brands and 3PLs
Integrating ShipHero with Helm allows seamless syncing of inventory, orders, and shipment tracking between systems to ensure real-time accuracy and fulfilment efficiency

Step-by-Step Setup
To connect ShipHero to Helm:
Log in to ShipHero
Access your account and navigate to the Developer Settings or API sectionGenerate API Credentials
Retrieve your Public API Key and Private API Key from the developer portalLog in to Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select ShipHero from the listEnter Required Details
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Set preferences for inventory sync, stock capping, order importing and fulfilment logic

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your ShipHero fulfilment integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm
