Who Are Yun Express?

With extensive international reach and cost-effective shipping options, they’re a go-to solution for businesses sending parcels overseas

Step 1: Get Your Yun Express Credentials

Before installing Yun Express in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Customer Number

  • Api Key

🔎 These credentials are provided by Yun Express during account setup

If you're unsure, contact your Yun Express account manager or support representative

Step 2: Install Yun Express in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure Yun Express

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Yun Express from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Yun Standard” or “Yun Express UK”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox/testing mode

Collection Time

Your agreed pickup time with Yun Express

Customer Number

Provided by Yun Express

Api Key

Provided by Yun Express

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Yun Express is now connected to Helm WMS

You can now generate international labels, schedule collections, and track deliveries directly through Helm
