On Logistics Integration with Helm

Who Are On Logistics?
On Logistics is a UK-based logistics and courier provider specialising in flexible parcel delivery and freight services
They offer tailored shipping solutions designed to meet the needs of eCommerce and retail businesses with reliable tracking and efficient fulfilment

Step 1: Get Your On Logistics Credentials
Before installing On Logistics in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These details are provided by On Logistics during onboarding
If you need help, contact your On Logistics account manager or support team

Step 2: Install On Logistics in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure On Logistics
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select On Logistics from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “On Logistics Standard” or “On Logistics”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with On Logistics |
Account Number | Provided by On Logistics |
Account Name | Provided by On Logistics |
Token | Provided by On Logistics |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
On Logistics is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
