CSM Integration with Helm

Who Are CSM?

CSM is a dependable UK-based courier service known for responsive customer care, reliable deliveries, and streamlined integrations

Step 1: Get Your CSM Credentials

Before installing CSM in Helm, gather your login and API access credentials from CSM
You will need:

  • Shipper Number

  • Shipper Username

  • Shipper Password

🔎 You can find these by logging into your CSM courier account or by contacting their support team directly

Step 2: Install CSM in Helm

Let’s get CSM added to your Helm system:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Click on the Couriers option from the list

Step 3: Select and Configure CSM

  1. Click the Install Courier button in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select CSM from the courier list

  3. Click Continue to proceed

  4. Fill in the following fields:

Internal reference name (e.g. “CSM UK” or “CSM Express”)

Account Type

Select Live for production use or Test for staging

Collection Time

Specify the collection schedule agreed with CSM

Shipper Number

Provided by CSM

Shipper Username

Provided by CSM

Shipper Password

Provided by CSM

Once done, click Save to activate the integration
