Teleship Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Teleship in your Helm WMS to enable efficient parcel shipping, label printing and shipment tracking

Who Are Teleship?

Teleship is a UK-based courier and parcel delivery provider offering reliable national and international shipping services

They focus on flexible courier solutions tailored for eCommerce and business clients, with integrated tracking and competitive rates

Step 1: Get Your Teleship Credentials

Before installing Teleship in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

🔎 These credentials are supplied by Teleship during onboarding

If you don’t have them yet, contact your Teleship account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Teleship in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Teleship

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Teleship from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Teleship Standard” or “Teleship Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Teleship

Client ID

Provided by Teleship

Client Secret

Provided by Teleship

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Teleship is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can start dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
