Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Fruugo to Helm
Register as a Seller
Apply at sell.fruugo.com and complete onboardingAccess API Credentials
Once approved, log in to your Fruugo account and request your API URL and API KeyLog in to Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and choose Fruugo from the available listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Name | e.g. Fruugo Global or Fruugo UK |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Fruugo logo or your own branded icon |
API URL | Paste the Fruugo API endpoint provided |
API Key | Enter the API key issued to your account |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Set up how Helm manages your Fruugo channel

Stock Buffer | Reserve stock to prevent overselling |
Auto Merge Orders | Combine multiple orders from the same customer or address |
Order Importing Type | Choose a start date/time for pulling in new Fruugo orders |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Fruugo integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Invalid API URL | Ensure the full endpoint includes HTTPS and the correct path |
Invalid API Key | Double-check your credentials match what Fruugo issued |
Orders Not Importing | Confirm the channel is active and correct order statuses are selected |
