Furdeco Integration with Helm
Easily connect Furdeco to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are Furdeco?
Furdeco is a UK specialist in two-person home delivery, particularly suited for large, bulky, or high-value items such as furniture and appliances
With timed delivery slots, room-of-choice service, and customer notifications, Furdeco offers a premium final-mile experience tailored to retailers and manufacturers

Step 1: Get Your Furdeco Credentials
Before installing Furdeco in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
API Key
🔎 These are issued by Furdeco during onboarding
If you don't have them, contact your Furdeco account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Furdeco in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers"
Click on the Couriers tab in the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure Furdeco
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Furdeco from the list
Click Continue to begin the configuration
Fill in the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Furdeco Two-Man Delivery” or “Furdeco Furniture”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production use or Test for staging |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled collection day and time as agreed with Furdeco |
API Key | Provided by Furdeco |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Furdeco is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching large-item orders, printing labels, and scheduling deliveries directly within the platform
