ETA Distribution Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your ETA Distribution Credentials

Before installing ETA Distribution in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials ready
You will need:

  • Account Number

  • Account Name

  • Token

🔎 These are provided by ETA Distribution upon account setup

If you don’t have them, contact their customer support or your account manager

Step 2: Install ETA Distribution in Helm

To begin setup:

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure ETA Distribution

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select ETA Distribution from the list

  3. Click Continue to open the configuration screen

  4. Enter the following details:

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Enter your scheduled pickup time as agreed with ETA Distribution
