Connecting SalonCentric to Helm allows you to manage high-volume B2B and DTC orders, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure reliable multi-warehouse fulfilment - all from a single control panel

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select SalonCentric from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as SalonCentric US or SalonCentric Pro Distribution

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the SalonCentric logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Enter the full API endpoint provided by SalonCentric

API Key

Paste the API key issued via your SalonCentric vendor portal

  1. Click Continue

Interaction Settings

Configure how Helm interacts with SalonCentric:

Order Importing Type

Choose the start date and time to begin syncing orders

Final Steps

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues
