Parcel hub Integration with Helm

Who Are Parcelhub?
Parcelhub is a UK-based multi-carrier shipping and eCommerce delivery management provider. They offer consolidated rates and services from leading carriers, helping businesses streamline shipping operations and reduce costs

Step 1: Get Your Parcelhub Credentials
Before installing Parcelhub in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

Username
Password
Account
Access Code

Step 2: Install Parcelhub in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Parcelhub
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Parcelhub from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Parcelhub UK” or “Parcelhub Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Parcelhub |
Username | Provided by Parcelhub |
Password | Provided by Parcelhub |
Account | Provided by Parcelhub |
Access Code | Provided by Parcelhub |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Parcelhub is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
