Transglobal Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Transglobal in your Helm WMS to unlock seamless parcel dispatching, label generation and collection scheduling

Who Are Transglobal?

Transglobal Express is a global courier and freight forwarding provider offering international parcel, pallet and air freight services

They deliver cost-effective, multi-carrier shipping solutions ideal for eCommerce businesses and B2B logistics

Step 1: Get Your Transglobal Credentials

Before installing Transglobal in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • API KEY

  • Password

🔎 These details are provided by Transglobal during your onboarding process

If you're missing anything, contact your Transglobal account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Transglobal in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Transglobal

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Transglobal from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Transglobal Priority” or “TG Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial use

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup time with Transglobal

API KEY

Provided by Transglobal

Password

Provided by Transglobal

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Transglobal is now fully integrated with Helm WMS

You can start printing labels, booking collections and managing shipments through Helm
