Total Fulfilment Courier Integration with Helm

Who Are Total Fulfilment?

Total Fulfilment is a UK-based logistics and delivery provider focused on comprehensive eCommerce fulfilment and last-mile courier services

They offer fast, flexible, and scalable delivery solutions tailored for growing businesses

Step 1: Get Your Total Fulfilment Credentials

Before installing Total Fulfilment in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Account Number

  • Account Name

  • Token

🔎 These details are provided by Total Fulfilment during onboarding

If you need help retrieving them, contact your Total Fulfilment account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Total Fulfilment in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Total Fulfilment

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Total Fulfilment from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “Total Standard” or “Total Next Day”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox mode

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup time with Total Fulfilment

Account Number

Provided by Total Fulfilment

Provided by Total Fulfilment

Token

Provided by Total Fulfilment

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Total Fulfilment is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can now dispatch shipments, generate labels and manage collections directly from Helm
