Wayfair Courier Integration with Helm
Set up Wayfair as a courier in your Helm WMS and streamline label creation, dispatches, and tracking for marketplace fulfilment

Who Are Wayfair?
Wayfair is a global home goods marketplace offering logistics integration for partner sellers through its carrier services
Helm enables direct label generation and fulfilment for Wayfair orders via this setup

Step 1: Get Your Wayfair Credentials
Before installing Wayfair in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Client ID
Client Secret
🔎 These are provided by Wayfair during seller onboarding or integration setup
If you don’t have them, contact your Wayfair account manager or their integration support team

Step 2: Install Wayfair in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Wayfair
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Wayfair from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Wayfair Default” or “Wayfair WMS Fulfilment”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox use |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled pickup time if applicable (for self-fulfilment only) |
Client ID | Provided by Wayfair |
Client Secret | Provided by Wayfair |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Wayfair is now integrated with your Helm WMS account
You can begin processing Wayfair orders, generating shipping labels, and dispatching from within Helm
