Chronopost Courier Integration with Helm
Set up Chronopost in your Helm WMS to enable efficient dispatching, integrated label generation, real-time tracking, and international delivery support for your warehouse operations

Who Are Chronopost?
Chronopost is a leading express parcel delivery service operating across France and internationally as part of the DPD group
They specialise in fast, time-critical deliveries for both B2B and B2C shipments, with a strong presence across Europe
With direct integration into Helm, Chronopost helps streamline cross-border shipping and fulfilment workflows

Step 1: Gather Your Chronopost Credentials
Before starting the integration in Helm, ensure you have the following details provided by Chronopost:
Account Number
Password
Sub Account
🔎 These credentials are typically provided during onboarding
If you're unsure or need assistance retrieving them, contact your Chronopost account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Chronopost in Helm
To install Chronopost:
Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Click on the Couriers tab from the results
Select Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Chronopost Courier Settings
Once the installation process begins:
Locate and select Chronopost from the courier list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Fill in the Required Details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal reference name (e.g. “Chronopost EU” or “Chronopost Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production use or Test for testing environment |
Collection Time | Specify the daily or weekly collection schedule agreed with Chronopost |
Account Number | Provided by Chronopost |
Password | Provided by Chronopost |
Sub Account | Provided by Chronopost |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Chronopost is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can start dispatching shipments, generating labels, and managing collections directly within Helm, including for European destinations
