Media Markt is one of Europe’s leading electronics retailers. Through its marketplace model, approved third-party sellers can list products alongside Media Markt’s core catalogue and reach millions of tech-savvy consumers
By connecting MediaMarkt to Helm, you gain full control over your product listings, stock management, and order fulfilment, all from a centralised platform

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select MediaMarkt from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Sales Channel Name | Enter a name such as MediaMarkt Marketplace Germany |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the MediaMarkt logo or your own brand logo |
API URL | Use the full API endpoint provided by MediaMarkt |
API Key | Paste the API key issued to your seller account |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Fine-tune how Helm communicates with your MediaMarkt account:

Auto Merge Orders | Merge multiple orders from the same customer/store |
Order Importing Type | Set the starting point in time for importing orders |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your MediaMarkt integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Invalid API URL | Double-check the full URL, including HTTPS and the correct version path |
Invalid API Key | Ensure the key is copied exactly from the MediaMarkt portal and has not expired |
Orders Not Importing | Confirm the channel is active and order status filters are correctly applied |
Stock Not Syncing | Verify that stock sync is enabled and mapped properly in the interaction settings |
