DPD Local Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your DPD Local Credentials
Before installing DPD Local in Helm, ensure you have your login details ready
You will need:
Username
Password
Accountno

If needed, reach out to your account manager or the DPD Local support team

Step 2: Install DPD Local in Helm
To begin setup:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DPD Local
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DPD Local from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Fill in the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “DPD Local” or “DPD Local UK”) |
Account Type | Select Live for production use or Test for staging |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled collection time as arranged with DPD Local |
Username | Provided by DPD Local |
Password | Provided by DPD Local |
Accountno | Provided by DPD Local |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

DPD Local is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels, and managing collections directly from within Helm
