Amazon Shipping Italy Courier Integration with Helm

What Is Amazon Shipping 🇮🇹 Italy?

Amazon Shipping Italy is Amazon’s local delivery service for fast and reliable shipments across Italy. With support for next-day and two-day delivery, the integration with Helm enables a fully automated fulfilment flow - perfect for Amazon and non-Amazon orders alike

Step 1: Install Amazon Shipping Italy in Helm

Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:

1. Open the Settings menu in Helm (bottom-left corner)

2. Search for Couriers using the search bar

3. Click on Couriers from the menu

4. Click Install Courier at the bottom-right of the screen

Step 2: Configure Courier Settings

1. From the list, search for and select Amazon Shipping Italy

2. Click Continue to start setup

Enter the following details:

💬 Optional: Use the Notes field for internal remarks or courier-specific info

Click Save to proceed to the authentication step

Step 3: Authenticate Your Amazon Italy Account (OAuth)

After saving the configuration, Helm will prompt you to securely connect to Amazon Shipping Italy via OAuth

1. Click Authenticate Amazon Account

2. A secure Amazon login window will open

3. Sign in using your Amazon Italy shipping credentials

4. Grant permission for Helm to retrieve order and shipping data

🔒 Your login is processed directly through Amazon. Helm never stores your credentials

Integration Complete!

You’re now connected to Amazon Shipping Italy in Helm. Your fulfilment team can begin dispatching, printing shipping labels, and managing collections directly within the WMS
