Approved sellers can list on Redcare’s marketplace to gain access to a large, trusted customer base, especially in markets such as Germany, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Helm simplifies integration with Redcare by enabling automated synchronisation of products, orders, and inventory.

Step-by-Step Setup
To integrate your Redcare Pharmacy marketplace channel with Helm:
Register as a Seller
Apply through Redcare Pharmacy’s partner onboarding programme.Obtain API Credentials
After approval, retrieve your API URL and API Key from the seller portal.Log in to Helm
Go to Settings → My Store in your Helm dashboard.Add a New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Redcare Pharmacy from the list.Enter API Credentials
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Adjust inventory, order syncing, and stock buffer preferences in Helm.

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
