UPN Courier Integration with Helm

Set up UPN in your Helm WMS to enable efficient pallet shipments, label generation, and collection management

Who Are UPN?

UPN (United Pallet Network) is a UK-based pallet delivery network offering next-day and economy services nationwide

They specialise in palletised freight with a focus on service quality and real-time tracking

Step 1: Get Your UPN Credentials

Before installing UPN in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Customer ID

  • Depot

🔎 These details are provided by UPN during onboarding

If you're missing any, please contact your UPN account manager or technical support

Step 2: Install UPN in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure UPN

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select UPN from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “UPN Standard” or “UPN Express Pallet”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed collection time with UPN

Username

Provided by UPN

Password

Provided by UPN

Customer ID

Provided by UPN

Depot

Provided by UPN

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

UPN is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can start managing pallet shipments, printing labels and booking collections with ease
