Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Eiffage from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Eiffage France or Eiffage Energy Projects

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Eiffage logo or your own branded supplier image

API URL

Enter the full API endpoint provided by Eiffage (e.g. https://api.eiffage-procure.com)

API Key

Paste the API key issued by your Eiffage contact or procurement portal

  1. Click Continue

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

ISSUE

Invalid API URL

Make sure the full endpoint includes HTTPS and the proper versioning path

Invalid API Key

Confirm the key is live and authorised for your supplier account

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is marked active and import settings are configured

Stock Not Syncing

Ensure Sync Stock Levels is enabled and product codes are correctly mapped
