Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select ASOS from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name | Enter a name such as ASOS Marketplace UK |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the ASOS Marketplace logo or your own brand icon |
API URL | Use the full API URL endpoint provided by ASOS (e.g. |

Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Fine-tune how Helm interacts with your ASOS store:

Use Channel Names | Display the product name from ASOS on each order |

Stock Buffer | Reserve a buffer of units to prevent overselling |
Auto Merge Orders | Automatically merge orders from the same customer or store |
Order Importing Type | Set the date and time to begin importing new orders from ASOS |

Final Steps
Click Save when configuration is complete
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Once connected, your ASOS integration is live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
