By connecting your Debenhams account to Helm, you can centralise order management, maintain accurate stock levels, and automate fulfilment alongside your other sales channels

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Debenhams from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Debenhams Marketplace UK

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Debenhams logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Debenhams (e.g. https://api.debenhams.com)

API Key

Paste the API key issued by Debenhams via your seller portal

  1. Click Continue

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

Invalid API URL

Double-check the full URL includes HTTPS and the correct version path

Invalid API Key

Ensure the key is copied exactly from the Debenhams seller portal

Orders Not Importing

Confirm the channel is active and order statuses are correctly configured

Stock Not Syncing

Verify that Sync Stock Levels and interaction settings are properly enabled
