Swap Courier Integration with Helm
Integrate Swap with Helm WMS to manage reverse logistics and returns with streamlined automation and tracking
Who Are Swap?
Swap is a returns management and logistics provider focused on simplifying reverse logistics for retailers and eCommerce businesses
They specialise in hassle-free returns, efficient swaps, and circular logistics — helping brands improve customer satisfaction and sustainability
Step 1: Get Your Swap Credentials
Before installing Swap in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These details are supplied by Swap during onboarding
If you do not yet have them, reach out to your Swap account manager or support contact
Step 2: Install Swap in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results
Step 3: Select and Configure Swap
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Swap from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Swap Returns” or “Swap Courier”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup or return collection schedule with Swap |
Account Number | Provided by Swap |
Account Name | Provided by Swap |
Token | Provided by Swap |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration
All Set!
Swap is now integrated with Helm WMS
Start managing returns, generating reverse labels, and tracking customer return activity seamlessly within Helm
