What is J.Crew Marketplace
J.Crew Marketplace allows approved third-party sellers to showcase their products on jcrew.com, a premium destination for apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products
By connecting J.Crew to Helm, you can centralise your operations, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure timely fulfilment with less manual intervention

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select J.Crew from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name | Enter a name such as J.Crew Marketplace |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the J.Crew logo or your own branded icon |
API URL | Enter the full API endpoint provided by J.Crew |
API Key | Paste the API key provided via your J.Crew seller portal |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Configure how Helm interacts with your J.Crew Marketplace account:

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your J.Crew integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues

Invalid API Key | Verify the key was copied exactly and has not expired or been revoked |
