Transforce BE Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Transforce BE in your Helm WMS to enable smooth label generation, shipment handling and collection scheduling

Who Are Transforce BE?

Transforce BE is a Belgium-based courier and logistics company offering domestic and international parcel delivery

They provide efficient, cost-effective solutions tailored for eCommerce retailers and growing businesses

Step 1: Get Your Transforce BE Credentials

Before installing Transforce BE in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Auth Token

  • Biling ID

🔎 These credentials are provided by Transforce BE during onboarding

If you don’t have them, reach out to your Transforce BE account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Transforce BE in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Transforce BE

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Transforce BE from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Transforce Standard” or “TF Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed collection time with Transforce BE

Auth Token

Provided by Transforce BE

Billing ID

Provided by Transforce BE

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Transforce BE is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing courier labels and scheduling pickups directly in Helm
