Amazon Shipping Spain Courier Integration with Helm

What Is Amazon Shipping 🇪🇸 Spain?

Amazon Shipping Spain provides fast and reliable parcel delivery across Spain, including next-day and two-day services. With a direct integration to Helm, it’s easy to automate fulfilment workflows for Amazon and non-Amazon orders alike

Step 1: Install Amazon Shipping Spain in Helm

🧭 Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:

  1. Open the Settings menu in Helm (bottom-left corner)

  2. Use the search bar to find and click Couriers

  3. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 2: Configure Courier Settings

  1. From the list, search for and select Amazon Shipping Spain

  2. Click Continue to start setup

Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

An internal name for this account (e.g. “Amazon Spain”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production use or Test if you're trialling

Collection Time

Define the parcel pickup times for each day of the week

💬 Optional: Use the Notes field for internal remarks or courier-specific info

Click Save to proceed to the authentication step

Step 3: Authenticate Your Amazon Spain Account (OAuth)

After saving the configuration, Helm will prompt you to securely connect to Amazon Shipping Spain via OAuth

  1. Click Authenticate Amazon Account

  2. A secure Amazon login window will open

  3. Sign in using your Amazon Spain shipping credentials

  4. Grant permission for Helm to retrieve order and shipping data

🔒 Your login is processed directly through Amazon. Helm never stores your credentials

Integration Complete!

You’re now connected to Amazon Shipping Spain in Helm. Your fulfilment team can begin dispatching, printing shipping labels, and managing collections directly within the WMS
