This is where you maintain your store profile including branding and general settings

Keeping these fields up to date ensures that your customers and Helm administrators know exactly who to contact for queries

Addresses

If a specific store address isn’t configured, Helm will default to your warehouse address for all shipping, billing and returns purposes

  • Store Address
    Define the physical location where orders are fulfilled or collected

  • Sender Address
    The “From” address printed on courier labels and shipping documentation

  • Return Address
    The address where returned parcels should be sent

Click Edit next to each section to search your address book or enter a new address manually
